When I established my home bar in my rec room I bought 25 - 30 bottles of spirits, cordials, etc. , (some of them rather obscure varieties) and put them on the shelves. Most I opened, had one drink, and returned to the shelves where they have remained ever since. That was 45 years ago. One of these days I’m going to try some of them again.
So once upon a time I was a young and somewhat stupid kushiel. My brother had had a bottle of Baja Rosa at his bachelor party, and a year later my friends came over. Well, taking the idea that wine and some other booze gets better as it ages, I thought this stuff would be good to have with my friends.
Moral of the story is no matter it’s mixed with, cream does indeed go bad.
