Quite awhile back someone posted a thread with a link to BookCrossing, that’s the site where members set a book “free” somewhere for it to be found. It has a label inviting the finder back to post about where the book was found and where it was set free again after it was read.
Found Art! Is a similar concept, only small art instead of books. When I came across the site I thought there would be folks here that might enjoy knowing about it. I’m not much of an “artist” but I’m going to keep this in mind for when my nieces come to visit. I think they’d get a kick out of doing a small art piece and setting it free and then checking back to see if it was found.
