That’s a cellphone SIM card.
That’s what I thought, except every SIM I’ve ever seen has been branded with a cell phone company’s logo (Fido, Rogers here in Canada).

Looks like a prototype or just the insides of a SIM card. How thick is it?
Comparable to paper. Just a bit stiffer.
