I hadn’t heard anything for a while about Frank Gifford, or his wife Kathy Lee, until just now, when he passed. And I have to say, shortly before he passed, he was hot.
Who says older men aren’t hot? Certainly not me.
Yep. 1,400 to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, if cremated.
He was a cheater
nothing makes a man go faster from hot to not is cheating, except maybe beating.
I’m sure plastic surgery is a factor but Kathy Lee Gifford looks damn good for a 61 year old woman.
It helps if you start off looking like this.
Howard Cosell referred to him as “The Human Mannequin.”
When I was in college, I was in a fraternity. When the old-timers would visit for homecoming and events, someone would always tell this story:
"It was Rush Week and this skinny kid comes in on crutches with his ankle in a cast. We didn’t think too much of him. Frank Gifford stood right there (points toward the door), and we didn’t pledge him!" 
He ended up down the street. Some of those guys were really broken up about it.
He was my cousin (no joke).
Cosell called Gifford many, many insulting things, and always followed that by adding, “That said, I consider Frank a friend.”
Frank knew better.
From everything I’ve read (including Al Michael’s book) Cosell was a complicated man. But he was mostly just a horrible person.
Cosells 3 books are good reading. He had no love for the sport Establishment and he was visionary. Gifford was a decent man but a jock; Cosell was Jewish and a lawyer. Oil and water.
But yeah Cosell was an arrogant bastard.
