Freakers Ball K.C. Refund

I attended the Freakers Ball in K.C. on Halloween. My husband and I had hoped to see Marilyn Manson perform (my husband was far more excited than I was). We ended up stuck in traffic for about two hours and weren’t able to get in time to see any of the other bands. We were mostly o.k. with that as Manson was the headliner and that’s what we were paying to see. In any case, because of safety concerns, Manson only performed for two songs. This resulted from the fact that the audience was packed way to tighly into a small area. I have tried contacting ticketmaster as well as the radio station that sponsored the event, but keep getting put off. The radio station says “keep listening” for news about rescheduling or a refund, and ticketmaster has been equally impossible. What are my options? We didn’t get to see a show and I think we deserve some sort of compensation. Who should I be contacting?

How about the better business bureau or (WAG) the city department of licenses and inspections?

If you bought the tickets with a credit card, just contest the charges.
