I’m sorry to see fatherjohn leave so abruptly, as I did want his input on something. Through reading this thread I completely understand why he isn’t around (under that name) anymore. I did think it kinda creepy that he isn’t a teenager, but to each there own I suppose.
Back to what I wanted his advice on, my F-150 is getting kind of up there in age, and I was thinking of replacing it. I came across this, and I wondered what he thought. It seemed cool to me, intimidating, yet understated. I guess I’ll never have his input now. Oh well.

I first tangled with that character years ago, on Opal’s old Fathom board. It was a grindingly interminable debate over the Khazars - don’t ask -, a subject very near and dear to his heart. He’s a real specimen. (Ah yes, and who could ever forget that he’s a diehard, stalwart Republican?)
Reading his latest contributions, and in my leaned and experienced opinion, since that time John has lost a lot of his … how do you say? chops, game, moves, razzamatazz. I think he must be getting old. Maybe he should think about hanging it up for good.
