Going to the BR site I don’t see any announcement this year. Any search draws up confirmation of the promotion, but the storys are over a year old.
Anybody here work at BR? Has this once-a-year promotion been discontinued?
I don’t know about Baskin-Robbins, but Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is April 25th! Yum!
When I was at Michigan, the local ice cream placed (Stucchis) would also have a free ice cream day. Sometime around my junior year, a Ben and Jerry’s opened up right next to the Stucchis. Free scoop day was probably one of the greatest times of the year. The weather was starting to get nice (which meant every girl suddenly decided it was time to wear bikinis on the Diag), the days were getting longer, and you could eat two free cones of ice cream.
Ahhh… I miss college.
