Connie Britton’s accent on the show is definitely not her real-life one. I met her and a bunch of the other cast members recently and was even more impressed with how good their accents on the show are. They’re all amazingly nice, down-to-earth people, as well, and they love their show. I’m really rooting for them to get renewed.
