Frogs of Magnolia

I was watching Dennis Miller Live last week. He made an obscure allusion to a “Frogs of (or maybe ‘in’) Magnolia”. The context of this comment suggested that it was some sort of inexplicible or otherwise strange circumstance. It may very well have been a sarcastic comment (when he dies, he wants God to explain why the world is so shitty so that he can make sense of it all, and also explain the frogs in magnolia).

I took a look out on the search engines but came up dry. Anyone familiar with this?
