From white bean chili to...something different. Ideas?

I made a pot of turkey white bean chili. I cut the spices a bit because I’m a weenie, and while it’s good, it’s somewhat boring. We’ve eaten part of it and now I’m thinking it’s time to add more ingredients to jazz it up into something new, maybe.
It’s made with:
ground turkey
chicken and turkey broth
cannelini beans
chickpeas
onion
cumin, oregano, cinnamon, pepper
diced mild green chilies

The only idea I have so far is to add something like kale. Of course I could go ahead and add tomatoes and vegetables and make a veggie soup, but something different-er would be nice.

Powder about a pound or so of cut-up chicken with your spices and saute until browned. Saute onions and peppers, if you want them. Add three cans of black beans with the juices and one 15 oz. can of tomatoes. Simmer for about an hour or so.

Some purists will now come in and decry the onions, tomatoes and beans. Just ignore them.

Spices I use:
Ancho chili (mild)
Cumin
Chipotle powder (hot)
Chili 9000 from Penzeys (very mild, good all-around mexican spice)
Mexican oregano
Smoked paprika
