Dragon; Use the outdoor BBQ, if the oven is kaput. Must maintain a reasonable temp though if you’re using charcoal, lotta work to that. The outdoor fryer is a good idea, unless you’ve never before used one. Plenty of time to practice is the key to those things, it’s too close to Thanksgiving for experimentation with a device that with one wrong move could inflict major disfiguring burns. (i’ve responded to two calls like that). If the neighbor option is out, then just go to your local grocery, and buy one cooked. It seems like a step saver anyway.
