Ah, I just realised that wasn’t the most helpful link. Basically, the page about “roger wilco” (http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mroger.htm) has the wrong title on it.

Email TubaDiva to report it. You might want to include a direct link to the page in question.

While your proofreading enthusiasm is admirable, this is not an appropriate way to alert the staff to an incorrect html title tag in a three month old article. Reporting any post in that thread (it didn’t have to be yours) would have been a good start and probably more than sufficient to call our attention to it. If that didn’t work, emailing an admin would have been a logical follow-up step, rather than a Pit thread.
