So that we are clear, you deliberately hijack a thread about a judge abusing his power. That is supporting the judge, unless people other than you are not allowed to make fair inferences in your universe, which I gather is true.
As for you not being a prosecutor and with protective services, I gathered from a thread the other day where you were whining about your heavy work burden that you were a lawyer assigned to prosecute cases for some kind of children’s protective services. Now, seeing what a lying sack you are I regret offering any sympathy. Quit that cush job now and come taste the private sector. Six counties and you are the only one? Oh, you are so abused. Wrong again. My clients have no money to pay private attorneys. Some of them have no money for food, medicine, rent, or other necessities. Quite a few of them are the sort of people that cause people like you to lock their car doors and stare straight ahead at traffic lights.

That said, yeah, the judge is an asshole. What is the actual punishment for a government official who violates someone’s first amendment rights? I’m thinking “High Treason”.
Fuck the judge. I’d say he had no authority to make such an order, that it is unconstitutional to do so, and that this should be elevated way up over that asshole’s head.
