Fuck you, Mother Nature, for the nosebleeds

The Colorado Springs Gazette keeps running totals of the normal vs. actual month-to-date and year-to-date precipitation. The normal March snowfall total so far is 6.5 inches. The actual month-to-date total is 0.7 inches. Both mountain snowpack and reservoir levels are down significantly as well.

On the other hand, we had floods here in 1995 and 1999. It all averages out over time.
