He’s forbidding his deputies from wearing masks. What a fuck stick. And he’s requiring the removal of masks at the sheriff’s office, on the grounds that protests against police brutality thereby make it a question of masked individuals entering the offices. At least that has some fig leaf of justification.
And then the Mayor and Police Chief of Ocala, Florida, overriding the City Council mask mandate.

What I like most about what you quoted is how the second sentence directly contradicts the first sentence.

Ask them if they know what an “eye mask” is. Ask them how to convey the difference between an eye mask and a mask that instead covers the nose and mouth, using a simple and intuitive term.
