Sorry, can’t. Confidentiality, and all that. But the peer review process does mandate reporting certain things to the state Medical Examining Board, and I did do that on more than one occasion.

I do occasionally tell carefully anonymized patient stories, because I’ve seen tens of thousands of patients from all over. But my peer review activities were restricted to a few hundred docs in one specific geographic area, so I don’t even want to hint.
