How long does it take you to google an elevation map of the entire Gulf of California (i.e. a map indicating x distance from the coast is 40m deep, and y distance from the coast is 90m deep, etc.). Use a timer of course. Posting of search terms and rank on google result list is optional.

Type “gulf california depth map” in search box and enter.
1st resulting hit is a map with depths divieded into five segments,
although I was suprised there were no others on that page which
answered the description exactly.
Maps with much greater definition are sure to be available.
Just curious… if you’re interested in Vaquita management, why do you want to see an elevation of the Baja? Vaquitas aren’t going to be grazing in the highlands.
I think you may be mistaking an elevation map of the land beneath the water (see the pdf posted above) with an elevation map of the surrounding dry land. I wanted to see if a particular piece of real estate on the coast would be a good place to study and consequently help preserve vaquita. It turns out it is, because they only graze in the shallow areas < 50m deep. If it had been adjacent to one of the deep basins it would not be as suitable.
