Pink: It’s a new kind of lingo.
Milk chocolate, maybe.

I get knocked down, but I get up again. You’re never gonna keep me down!

Do hex triplets work?
Yep.
And a third.
Odd color only available with hex codes.
Evil color! (Quote to see why).

he he… I like this color for some reason. Although on this background you really can’t see it. But it looks cool on black.

crud

Hmmm

Mangetout

cool; what colour is your user name?

fnord

käse

[that’s my color]

:frowning:

Trying my real name: käse

Aha, the board software just offers the colour that you have named verbatim to the browser when the page is formatted; how the browser deals with non-standard colours is probably not the same for, say IE and Netscape… interesting.

Ooh! Can I try?

Flamsterette_X

Hey, this is cool! Let’s try some other names…

Flami
Corey
Darren
Jessica
Vivian
Karen

I wonder if all of these will come out different colors…

Some did, and some didn’t. Oh well… that’s my experiment for the day!

Why does my browser recognize Mangetout, Flamsterette_X, Corey, Darren, Jessica, and Vivian as colors? Does it recognize waterj2 as a color?

Well, I don’t know about your browser, waterj2, but mine certainly recognizes your name as a color. Light green, in fact.

I don’t know, so I posted this in GQ:
colour rendering in Internet Explorer

I’m red… LIKE A FOX!

I would appear to be a slightly pukish green. Hmmm.
