Funny family antics anyone?

Ha, ha ha.

I once helpled a neighbor put her kid in the car. I bumped her head a tiny bit. Of course a cascade of tears followed.

After we got her settled in, and while she was still crying, she thanked me for helping get her in the car.

My sister tells the story about her firstborn. I knew nothing about kids at the time. She asked me to run some errands, and to take my nephew with me. I agreed.

She put a car seat into my car, which 33 years ago was a struggle. Not plug and play like today. Then she showed me how to strap him in. Again, it was an ordeal and she explained in detail the steps for doing it.

After hours of running around to various places I returned to my sisters house. She met us in the driveway and was surprised to find him perfectly strapped in. I explained that I’d never taken him out! Yep, each stop, be it a mall, store, post office, etc, I had left him in the car. I’m not a barbarian, I left the windows down for airflow.

Of all the posters to post right after you…

Long-term GF called her sib last week & told sib we were no longer dating. It was a truthful statement as she is no longer my GF but we didn’t break up, either.

Congratulations!
