I will say that you can’t be sexually mature and spend any amount of time voluntarily holding a stuffed animal while wearing a pacifier in a public place. If you want to argue that creepyman is a sexually mature adult, you go right ahead.

Basically, from this comment and your others above, this is what it seems like you’re saying:

Man A has a fetish.

Fetish is “normal” = can be sexually mature
Fetish is something that you find odd = cannot be sexually mature

I don’t know this guy, so it’s entirely possible that he’s creepy and immature. That doesn’t mean that everyone who likes to dress up like that is. Nobody’s fetish is better than anyone else’s (exceptions made for those permanently mentally or physically damaging themselves or others).
