CBS canceled this. Don’t think it was given a chance. It was, IMO, among the new sitcoms, the best one. Formulaic a bit, and all “beautiful people problems”, but a funny piece of fluff. Maybe what killed it was the horrible name…

In the news about the cancellation there was the bit about it being shopped to other networks. Hope it gets picked up.

“Friends With Better Lives”. It was/is a new sitcom, that (#FWBL) was the abbreviation they used to advertise it. As I said, both the long name and the abbreviation are bad. But the sitcom itself was not bad.

It was sort of funny, but the writers over explained the jokes a lot.
