I have a cold sore right in the front of my mouth and I can’t stand the thing anymore. Anybody got any advice to banish this thing back to dormancy?
Fresh aloe. Fresh! Buy a stalk or cut one off of a plant if you have one. Cut it open and put it the nasty gooey clearish yellow part on the sore. Helped me a couple of times, though I’m not sure if it actually sped up the healing process or just made it feel a better. I kept the aloe spear/leaf/stalk/big pointy thing in the fridge, which made it feel that much better when I put it on the sore.
I trip to the pharmacy and some cold sore gel should do it.
