Since I have digital cable, and lots of channels, I have seen Graham Kerr’s new show a few times. Since Nick Adams asked, I will mention that on the new show, the Gourmet makes new versions of dishes that he made on the old show, and at the end of the show, he gives a comparison of the old versus the new in calories, fat content, and so on. He also now is big on using “dealcoholized wine” in his recipes. Apparently he isn’t still drinking the way he used to!
