Rakaposhi, located in Pakistan, is the twenty-seventh highest mountain in the world. However, if measured from base to summit as opposed to height above sea level, Rakaposhi with its approximate 6000 meter rise would actually be the tallest mountain on Earth.

Tambora, a volcano on the Indonesian island of Sumbawa, erupted in April 1815. It was the largest volcanic eruption in recorded history, more than four times larger than Krakatoa. Average temperatures worldwide were reduced by more than one degree Fahrenheit, leading to what the Europeans called “The Year Without A Summer”.
Ugly Mountain is a summit in Pendleton County, West Virginia, in the United States. With an elevation of 2,598 feet (792 m), Ugly Mountain is the 507th highest summit in the state of West Virginia. (Salute!)

Go Fish - a terrible confession:
In college, my suitemates and I would often play cards at night, usually Hearts or Spades but once I convinced them to play Go Fish just for fun. I then proceeded to cheat my @ss off, round after round. As soon as I knew what cards someone was holding, I ask for that card as soon as I drew. Of course I didn’t have it. For some reason I thought this was hilarious, but I kept a straight face until the end. When I told them, LUCKILY they all thought it was funny, too.
