Also, I’m pretty sure Victor/Victoria has been used more than once.
The OP says nothing about “no repeats.” They will be inevitable, as this game goes on.

Maybe not, but Delores Reborn posted updated lists a few times “to cut down on repeats” and then the OP followed up with this post: http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=10151821&postcount=337. The inference to be drawn is that he, also, was looking to avoid repeats.
That said, I’m not going to have a hissy fit if there are repeats, but searching the thread to check to see if a title has been used already is, IMO, good form. (However, I will be a stickler if someone uses a title I submitted previously because I made the effort to search the thread. And because I’m gonna be a jerk about it, I guess.
)
As for “X”, yeah, we’re gonna run need a bigger pool of candidates. I propose allowing TV episode titles for X.

You’ve Got Mail (1998)
Foul! You’ve Got Mail was first used in…oh, never mind, what’s the point?
Zur Sache, Macho! (2013)
Well, this thread’s a bit long to go back and verify which movies have been played, though I try to avoid using titles that I remember seeing already.
