Recently, got an e=mail stating that police have put out a warning reguarding cars driving without headlights on. It says not to flash your lights at them because in the car without headlights is a gang member awaiting someone to flash lights at them and then chase them down and at least shoot the car prefarably the driver. I have heard this before but think it’s B.S. Opinions? Facts?
Not only is it a UL, it isn’t even a particularly new UL.
