Garlic chemistry question

I’m wondering if anyone knows if dried, granulated garlic retains any of its healthful qualities? (or, what happens to its constituents as a result of processing.)

Unless you’re eating it raw cooking garlic destroys most of it’s medicinal potency so in cooked dishes fresh vs granulated is more a matter of taste and not healthfulness .
