Adult has sex with jackass. Age of jackass unknown, human-jackass interpreter not available so impossible to check consent. Unless pairing resulted in JKIM78 being born, non-reproductive sex so also not OK.
Look Jkim78, there’s a thing here called age of consent where somebody can LEGALLY agree to certain things. LEGALLY a minor (let’s use someone under the age of, say, 16) cannot “agree” to have sex. If I saw a signed document providing consent, go for it. Once again, all you’re doing is proving the only objection to homosexual sex is that it grosses you out. This is not an acceptable reason for denying rights to members of the American society.

Consent is a verbal or written agreement to participate in a mutual sexual act in this case. We have decided as a society that people under the age of 18 are incapable of providing it, since they are still in a developmental stage. If I see consent, all bets are off–do whatever the fuck you want. The government has no place in people’s sex lives as long as nobody is being hurt, as is the case with gay sex.

Regarding your last question, “Yes”. Adults can give informed consent and by and large they are capable of entering into a healthy physical relationship. Kids can utter words like “Yes” and “OK” but they are NOT READY to enter into a physical relationship and doing so will pretty much fuck them up, thus you aren’t allowed to have sex with kids (as much as you seem to think it’s acceptable if you knock 'em up). Protecting kids is the issue and thus the informed consent proviso.
