Nope… a kid will usually get jipped into having sex by some guy in the case you describe. I don’t consider that consent. What I mean by consent is, as I sort of mentioned before, scientifically explaining the entire process and all consequences thereof, (and ofcourse i implicitly mean that the subject must understand all of this that’s being explained to them) and THEN getting the approval. It is judged that a normal child under 18 will not ‘understand’ and that’s why their approval is not considered consent. However, some children DO understand and some people over the age of 18 DONT. THAT’s my point. IF THEY UNDERSTAND, then they can consent (not in the legal sense), and are not being ‘taken advantage’ of. Do YOU understand?
