I’ve done quite a bit of digging for information on the color vision capacity of animals. Lemme know if you want some cites - I’ve got lots of 'em. You asked specifically about geese, and none of the cites specifically refer to geese but from what I have found about birds in general, it seems like they all see color. Most species see 4 primary colors - in addition to red, green, and blue, they also see violet or ultraviolet light.
