Resolved: The state of Georgia has a legitimate interest in maintaining its voter rolls and taking reasonable steps to ensure that people vote in their county of residence.

But their methods are NOT ensuring that people vote in their county of residence.
They are impeding people from voting in their county of residence.

It’s kind of like the road traffic authority removing your car’s engine to ensure that you drive safely.
Except the result is that you can’t drive at all.

I asked you in the pit thread what you thought of the various claims presented in the OP article.
Since you indicated your preference to discuss the issue in this thread, let me ask again.

I found it quite alarming, if opinionated, and I really hope they do get Kemp to disclose the full details of the removal process.
Some particular points of interest:
1)The suggestion that Kemp tried to keep the list of citizens who were removed from the rolls hidden until there was almost no time left for those affected to re-register
2) The observation by Dr. Steel that this voter purge is an insult to the many people who have died to protect the rights of citizens to vote
