I’m looking for a mixture of factual information and opinion, so mods, move this if you have to.
My wife and I are getting our house ready sell. We’ll be looking for a new one too. It’s my understanding that GA (maybe nationally?) has laws passed in the past few years to prevent agents working with a conflict of interest.
Does anyone know of any good references to Georgia Real Estate that a newbie would understand?
What’s the scoop on buyers agents and sellers agents? Is it generally considered OK to list my house with an agent and also buy through the same agent providing I buy a house that they are the selling agent on?
