Bild Lilli is the character Barbie was derived from.
Apparently, she was a gold-diggin’ broad always on the hunt for a wealthy man.
She appeared in comic strips in a German Men’s Magazine…a “stag magazine”, as we in the States might call it.
There was a line of merchandise associated with the character.
Were there published collections of the comic strip?

Bild Lilli is just the name of the doll, “Lilli” was the name of the comic. I have not heard if there are any collections of those strips, but apparently there are a few shown as examples here and there. There’s a great book about the doll I have seen, I think it has a cartoon or two:

If you Google Image “Bild-Zeitung lilli Reinhard Beuthien” there are images of the doll and a couple of the cartoon.
