This is one of the best comedies I’ve seen in ages. It’s an hilariously funny parody of the sort of racist crap that the Black Muslims pump out. The plot is simple: the white devils are kidnapping blacks in order to make use of their superior physical strength and artistic sensibilities. Needless to say our black hero destroys the devils and then heads back to the city with his new awareness that all whites are evil and should not be trusted.
I enjoyed the film immensely, although I must say it doesn’t really work as horror, unless of course you assume that the film-makers were serious. But of course that’s ludicrous, isn’t it.
Certainly not a ridiculous premise historically. But the movie is set in modern-day America and in that context, yes, the premiss is totally ridiculous.
And apologies for the duplicate thread. My search for ‘get out film’ in Cafe Society produced a whole cascade of results, none relevant, and refining searches to try again is completely impractical on this board owing to the time constraints.

But a doctor performing successful brain transplants, basically by himself, in his basement operating room? Completely reasonable in aldiboronti’s mind. Never mind that if he really could do this, there are some people in Stockholm who would give him a nice shiny medal for the achievement.
