Getting calls on my cell phone from *c

For what it’s worth: I googled my own cell phone number, and the results that came back were a bunch of bullshit. The State was right, nothing more.

I assume he is like me and he is going on the assumption that if he does not recognize the number then the call is mostly like some marketing call he does not care to listen to. If by chance this is not the case then they will leave a message if it is important.

On my iPhone, I add spam calls to a “Spam” contact, and have that contact set to silent ring and no vibrate. So it doesn’t go directly to voicemail, but if I’m not actively looking at the phone, it’s close enough.

Aha. I must let Typo Knig know about that. Our phones are both linked to the same shared Google account, so he has the same contact as I do.

That Telemarketer guy sure has a lot of phone numbers!! I wonder if there are any real limits to the number of phone numbers a contact may have.

Just pick up the phone next time and sate your curiosity. Hang up immediately if it’s a telemarketer or whatever.

I suspect your phones contact list includes an entry named *C, most likely added by your carrier.

I suspect your carrier’s customer service dept is trying to call you for something.
