OK if you opened this thread I assume you know that CFP stands for Certified Financial Planner…(so why did I bother to tell you again? :))
I am being courted by a major, well respected financial institution that is know worldwide. They want me to come to work for them and they will pay for me to get all of the licenses needed and cover all educational and testing costs for me to get my CFP.
Here is the package they offer:
401k from day 1.
Health coverage from day 1.
$35k base for the first 2 years.
I have a few questions for you.
Does this package sound decent?
Where can I find out what the average earnings for a CFP would be ( I am in VA)?
Where can I learn more about the CFP process and the benefits of attaining this designation?
