Getting one's just deserts at Passover

This is a thread to honor the glorious kosher and traditional deserts found at seders across the US.
O macaroons, ye shaped mounds of coconutty goodness, verily your flavor does not want for lack of flour.

Next let us reflect upon and give thanks to citrus slices. Truly thou art a blessing upon us. Your divers hues and flavours provide and sustain the limitless pleasures of the palatte.

These two alone might yet have been sufficient, but, like mana from heaven, chocolate-covered marshmallows, chewy and sweet, rain down upon the table. With sponge-like qualities they squish and bounce back, reminding us with fondness of toys we had in childhood, lo those many years ago.

But finally, the true sign of benevolence in the universe, the chocolate covered jelly ring. With raspberry scents tapping our deepest desires, they sit apart on the table as the chosen desert. A bite into them provides a yielding yet crisp jelly center; its floury bouquet tantalizing the nose as well as the tongue.
Truly, these exquisite and remarkable objects are reason enough to embark upon this holiday. Tonight I end my meal with jelly rings.

I’m a horseradish guy, myself.

Citrus Slices and Macaroons have always been a staple at our seder. That and chocolate-covered matzoh. Mmmm, I can’t wait (Only five minutes).

See, I knew I needed to turn Jewish.

However, I prefer chocolately desserts. Otherwise the chocolate coating gets a bit gritty.
