Getting rid of that nasty smoke smell...

I’ve bought computers used by smokers and they reek.

Yeah, Doob, you’re right. Too much of a good thing… Or you could just spill the bong water all over the rug and be left with a stench worse than death itself. But hey, you wouldn’t smell them nasty cigs anymore.

I agree with StoryTyler:

Go for the OZIUM

I haven’t tried OZIUM (but thanks for the tip) but FWIW I much prefer Clorox Fresh Care to Febreze. It’s less sweet/cloying and seems to work better.

And yeah, the wet fabric thing works. If you can rig up a line in your place, hang freshly washed sheets up.

Also, try some DIY stovetop simmering. I use basil etc. dried from my summer crop, but you could probably use cinnamon sticks, cloves, whatever. When the house just smells winter dead-air musty, I put a big kettle on to simmer and toss in a handful of basil. Pretty soon the house is humidified and smells like a garden.

(Hint: do not spend your money on those cheesy, tiny, perfumey potpourri, simmering or otherwise. They cost the earth and are mostly faked perfume anyway.)

Dirty, now you know Dem would go insane if that happened :). I think he would have to be institutionalized if that happened (kidding dem!)

It’s worth the risk of burning, to have a second chance…

You may be kidding Doob, but if that happened…oh boy…SOMETHING would get broken and there’d be a LOT of pissing and moaning…
