Thanks for your interest in the game. Yes, I believe we can add one more player, since Johnny Bravo has had to drop. If he should return, we’ll just make room for him somehow.
Please visit This Link to read up on how to join. Ignore the bit about videoconferencing, we don’t use it after all.
Once you’ve got a character idea posted, we’ll go from there and see what happens.
Hey, like I said in the main post, I was hoping to catch something in Don’s apaertment on camera too, but thatys ok, if you want to go with the camera stopping working, for te dramatic appearance of the ghost
This one is getting mighty close to ending. I had a lot of fun running it, and I think y’all had a lot of fun playing. Now I’m looking for feedback for the future…
What do you players want? What did you like about these two, what did you not like? What do you want more of, what do you want less of? What can I do to make things better?
I’ve got a couple options in mind, but they’re pre-generated adventures from the book.
I’d like to come up with something more tailor-made for your tastes, so help me come up with ideas. Nothing is too outlandish, so feel free to throw any idea at all at me. I don’t guarantee I’ll use them all, but I’ll at least know what you’re looking for.
Personally, I’ve loved both of the initial adventures. Does the book contain on overall arc story, or is each adventure entirely separate? If it contains an arc of any kind, I’d keep doing the book ones.
I took the parts I liked, threw out the parts I didn’t, and y’all did the rest. After it’s all over I’ll show ya a link for the book’s outline and you can compare.
I’m looking more for story ideas, suggestions, etc. as to what kind of story you’d like to see. Doesn’t have to be anything elaborate, just some kind of idea of what you would and would not like.
I don’t think (so far at least!) that this episode has had enough action, for example. That’s not to say there won’t be any, but we definitely need more proton packs blasting and people falling off rooftops, just to name a few ideas.
I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the investigation aspect; that’s my personal favorite part. Tossing out little subtle clues, watching as the players pick up on some and follow them, giving hints that maybe they should pay more attention to this or that, and all that. This is fun to me. But so is the chaos of heated battle.
Anyway, I’m having fun, and we’ll just see what happens, shall we?
PS:
Thanks Mahaloth. Glad you’re enjoying it!
Yes, the book does kind of have a story arc, but… well, it’s not much of one. I’d rather y’all followed your own stories, but we’ll see what happens.
