Ginger. What was IT?

Anthracite, I was speaking as a bike-shop owner. A bike which only cost $100 in my part of the world is either

  • second or third-hand
  • crap

I’ll admit that I’m not in America, and there may be a difference there.

But a Huffy is not a nice bike.

My wife’s bike (in america) was $70. It’s attractive and functional. Is it “nice”? “Nice” is a pretty subjective term. Anyway, it’s as functional as a Segway, except up steep hills.

I saw a Segway zipping around through the crowds at Disneyland. If you’ve been to Disneyland, you know how insanely crowded it can get. The rider wasn’t running into anybody or crushing any toes. And it wasn’t much wider than a normal person’s shoulders, so it’s not like it’d knock things off shelves if brought into a store. (Not that I personally would consider riding a motorized vehicle inside a store…sheesh)
