"Give a little love" from the Coke commercial.

I’ve used my Google-fu, I’ve asked friends, I’ve searched every filesharing network I know, but alas - no luck.

So. In the GTA-style coke-commercial (link) who is singing the song? The original “Give a little love” is written/performed by Paul Williams for “Bugsy Malone”. But in the commercial someone else is performing. Does anyone know who? And how come Coca Cola Company hasn’t released it as a single?
