savegame hack/editor: Allows you to alter your save games and give yourself more money/life/what have you.
Hex editor (though that might be the real name of the app).: for finding and altering raw numbers in the game code.
Trainer: Allows you to tweak numbers on the fly while the program is running and ‘train’ your character.
First, don’t forget about “RNG” for Random Number Generator or Random Number God, which is widely considered to be a sentient and manevolent entity.
I’ve also seen Fedexing used to refer to situations where people find that they can buy at a lower price at an NPC store than they can sell it at another NPC store, thus allowing them to make unbounded cash.
