Of course, you can also make your own yogurt pretty easily, and control the amount of sugar and fat that way. And it’s much less expensive that way–if you eat a lot of yogurt, definitely look into making your own. I find that adding a little bit of jam or applesauce does the trick nicely, flavor-wise.
I heard that the drinkable yogurt products were runny yogurt–I made some runny yogurt by accident once, and the consistency was…ick. It reminded me of some of the more slimy bodily secretions. I knew it wouldn’t hurt me to eat it, but I just couldn’t do it. I’m getting nauseated just thinking about it. When I heard that some company was intentionally making it, and selling it, I was seriously grossed out.
