Well of course I mean it was guaranteed to fall in between Wednesday and Thursday. It’s not necessarily guaranteed to keep on falling (though it clearly is).
Ironically, investors actually are swayed significantly by events such as bombings. (Just witness the downturn post 9/11.) As such this OP is actually more valid than the one it parodies.
