Goddam Motherfucking Hillbilly Nazi Scum On The County Commission! No State Religion!

[quotr]Mike Hoffman told commissioners that people shouldn’t be offended by seeing the Ten Commandments in the courthouse — unless they have broken them.

“They don’t offend me because I believe in it,” he said.

Yeah, right. Do any of these people actually follow the commandments?

“Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth."

Don’t know about Baptists, but Catholics sure don’t pay any attention to that one. And BTW, the Sabbath is on Saturday, not Sunday.

I’m well aware that the Torah and the Bible share certain books. I am just as well aware that the county commissioners of Rutherford County, Tennessee, did not vote to put the Ten Commandments on display because they are all Jewish.

Ah, but they don’t define what a “Supreme Being” is, do they? I think you could say “The supreme being I believe in is my own ego, which has taken on a life of its own” and legally, you would be all right.
