Jab, I was starting to think that I was the only one who noticed that (about the spelling). It is even spelled wrong in the computer at my job, and I work in a veterinary hospital!
ahem the makers of Hampsterdance say that it is intentional, that it was named after a pet called “Hampton the Hampster” or something. Not entirely sure I believe em, but that is their story.
