Goddamnit, imdb, at least use spoiler tags!

I don’t care about minor spoilers, but finding out that in Kevin Smith’s new movie Jersey Girl

Jennifer Lopez Dies 15 mins in and that Liv Tyler is the love interest

sucks! I didn’t know what role either of them played, and best case scenario I wouldn’t have found out till I saw the movie, but damn, missing spoilers is hard when they put them in as frigging news headlines!!

If nothing else they’ve ruined what would have been a cool surprise.

Well, really.

I don’t see how that’s entirely unexpected. Not the surprise but that IMDB would have plot summaries of upcoming movies.

Isn’t that what they do?

This was in the news items of the day; where you normally go to find out what tanked, who’s hired what, and so on. Not a place I’d expect details on a movie plot.

Maybe they were hoping more people would want to see it if

They knew Jennifer Lopez was going to die and possibly not have a big part? And besides, there are still a million possibilities. Think of all the movies that have started with the main character dead, or looking back. What if it’s a bit like the Lovely Bones, which I won’t spoil here.

It’s dumb, I’ll admit, but you don’t even know it’s true, do you? I don’t know who the IMDB is, but maybe they’re repeating a rumor?

I notice it’s got [SPOILER AHEAD} now. I guess someone complained :).

I think the real problem lies with the person who is looking forward to a Ben Afflict and Jennifer Lopez vehicle.

Don’t encourage them.
