Going Camping. What do I need?

And yea whistlepig we eat like kings.

I’m the main cook. We buy about $150 worth of meat, good stuff too. Pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin (Angus), nice chicken breasts etc.

There is always kick-ass local corn on the cob when we do our big trip so we bring that as well.

I’m one of the few people I know who brings a pepper grinder and fresh herbs with me when ever I go camping!

When we slum it and have taco’s, we wash them down with “Baja Fogs”. Take a Corona, drink the neck, and fill it back-up with tequila. Add a slice of lime and Bob’s your uncle!

Can’t wait to get out, in fact I’ going fly fishing the next two weekends in a row.

Yum! This sounds wonderful! I have to try it this summer when we have steamed crabs.
