IIRC, in the story, from hell he could see up into heaven, where he saw the beggar Lazarus in “Abraham’s bosom.” I really did think the man in hell was speaking to Jesus, but I could be wrong.
Since that was one of Jesus’ parables, it would have to be Abraham.
