Done by Richard Williams and Chuck Jones (of Warner Brothers fame). It’s about 25 minutes long and beautifully animated. I had vague memories of seeing it on TV (the Ghost of Christmas Present was especially familiar). It really plays up the Ghost aspect and can be quite chilling at times. Youtube link is here.
